Dr. Dana Hamann received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Iowa, with an emphasis in evidence-based therapy. She completed her predoctoral residency at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, obtaining further specialization in cognitive behavior therapy for anxiety disorders, substance use, and insomnia.
She provides specialty care for anxiety, depression, mild substance use disorders, insomnia and grief. She also offers therapy to help individuals navigate life transitions, such as changes in relationship status, work satisfaction, health, or age milestones. |
Dr. Alec Eshelman received his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Southern Illinois University. He completed his predoctoral residency and postdoctoral training at Counseling and Psychological Services, an integrated healthcare clinic in Carbondale, Illinois. Here he received strong generalist training as well as specialized expertise in the treatment of substance use disorders, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, and borderline personality disorder.
Alec values working with a wide range of clients, including those with interpersonal difficulties, substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, and trauma histories. |
