Dr. Hamann provides specialty care to adults with anxiety, depression, mild substance uses disorders, and grief. She also offers therapy to help individuals navigate life transitions, such as changes in relationship status, work satisfaction, health, or age milestones. Mostly, she has a strong desire to help clients to live meaningful lives. Rather than spending years in therapy focusing on deficits, she believes that change can best be achieved by helping people focus on strengths and learn skills to manage life’s challenges, all while continuing to move forward. |
